There’s training, and there’s WAKA training. We understand that figuring out what exercise program is right for you is a challenge. At WAKA our personal trainers can build individualized training programs based upon your health and fitness goals. We also offer group personal training camps targeting specific goals for those of you who prefer personal training but also like working out with a group. Lastly, we offer a wide range of classes for those of you who are interested in traditional group fitness classes.
